I-O-W-A ACCURACY

Aberrometry in the visual axis
For patients in topical anesthesia in aphak condition normally the red laser as fixing target is well visible. By measuring within the patients visual axis highest accuracy can be expected.

Accuracy by microscop input reflection
Additional or alternativ the surgeon uses the visible 3D crosshairs within the microscop input reflection. By zooming and focusing the 6mm ring of the crosshair will be positioned easy and precise in the middle of the pupile and floating over the cornea.

Accuracy of measurement
Thanks to the flying-spot technology, the quasi-real-time signal analysis and the microscop input reflection the best conditions for a high measuring accuracy on aphakic and (pseudo-)phacic eye are given with our intraoperative ocular wavefront Aberometer (I-O-W-A).
